How TipMyBlog.net works?
What Is TipMyBlog.net?
It is a server-side widget code that will allow you to earn tips from your blogs. In return for giving tips, your readers could put a link to their website.
Your website will need to have PHP, Ruby, Perl, JSP, ASP, ASP.net support to use our widget. If you use Wordpress blogging software, then you have PHP and you could use our widget.
Can I run this together with Google Adsense?
No, you can't.. Just kidding. The answer is Yes, as this is not a contextual ads.
Why should I use this widget?
You can earn more money from your blog or website. Your readers could easily give you tip. And most importantly, it is fun, easy-to-use, and a great way for you to build relationship with your readers.
What will the widget do?
It will render all your tipper's links within your website. With our server-side technology, the links are rendered in plain static HTML link. Since it is a plain link and may boost SEO value, this maybe attractive to your readers.
So, basically I allow "text links ads" on my website?
If you insist on calling it so, Yes. However, the main goal is not just selling or advertising. It basically allows your readers to reward you and give you tip for all the hard work and research that you do when you publish that cool blog post.

Do my links pass Link Popularity, a.k.a, Page Rank or Link Juice or Google Juice?
We don't know for sure. Probably. Probably not. We are not Google, and can't say for them. Our code is delivered in server-side technology because we think that people like normal links better so that's why we're offering that. If you're thrifty with your Google Juice, you could always set 'rel=no follow' in your account setting.
Could I set 'rel=no follow' ?
Yes, you could enable 'rel= no follow' if you like. It's completely up to you.
How much money do I make from each tip?
You get to keep 70% from each tip. Unlike other networks that charge far more, or won't even tell what they take, we take 30% to pay for bandwidth, web hosting, and application maintenance.
How do I get paid?
We send payments through PayPal. In the future, we may offer alternative ways for you to get your paychecks. There is no minimum payment, so you could cash out at any time. Simply verify that your PayPal account is correct, and click 'My Account -> Request Paycheck' to get your paycheck. Unlike other networks where you need to earn $25, $50, or $100, we have no minimum payout requirement.
